Returns & Refunds

Our apparel is printed to order by our fulfillment partner, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at store@chillbooks.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to ship the item back.

Lost packages
If your order hasn't arrived, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll reship it or refund you.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

EU customers
Because these items are made to your order, the 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer law does not apply to them. Your statutory rights regarding faulty goods are unaffected.
